To open the routine I do standing 2 BHS to layout double.
Which isn’t a problem… but this was our last full out of practice and I was already having problems with my right leg. (I partially tore my MCL in April)
ANYWAYS I was doing my opening pass when I landed full and pulled my knee, calf and I don’t even know what else…
Like both sides of my feet are swollen, both sides of my calf are swollen / all along my shin and my outer knee is swollen.
I have nationals in a week and my leg is just effed right now.
This is going to be interesting.
